Elon Musk ‘obsessed with boobs’ paints over ‘W’ on Twitter sign at San Francisco HQ changing it to ‘Titter’
Elon Musk took his ‘obsession with boobs’ a step further by changing the Twitter HQ sign to read ‘Titter’.
The CEO shared an image of the street sign in San Francisco on Sunday night, revealing he had the ‘w’ painted white after a failed attempt to cover it with tarp last week.
‘Our landlord at SF HQ says we are legally required to keep [the] sign as twitter and can’t remove “w”, so we painted it [‘the] Background color. Problem solved,’ Musk tweeted.
Musk is also known for his quirky humor – he joked about starting a new university called “Texas Institute of Technology & Science” or TITS. And he planned to have “epic merchandising.”
Many users laugh with the billionaire, while others call the decision childish and sexist.

However, it looks like Musk has been hoping to change his name for over a year.
Days before offering to buy Twitter for $44 billion in April, he tweeted: “Remove the w from Twitter?
Now in control of the platform, Musk finally got what he wanted.
The billionaire’s plan appears to have been in the works for days. William LeGate, an entrepreneur and programmer, tweeted a photo Thursday that shows the w covered in some type of white material.
To comply with the law, Musk solved the problem by painting over the “w”, which some say is not entirely removed from the sign.
“They tried to stifle our laughter,” Musk tweeted in response to his tweet revealing the new sign.

The word “sneer” means a chuckle, but many assume Musk takes it as a joke.

However, some users are unhappy with the change and call it childish and sexist.
While the fake university never turned into a real-world institution, Musk is using his power to make small changes to Twitter.
Earlier this month, the blue bird icon was replaced with an image of a Shiba Inu, a nod to Dogecoin, the fake cryptocurrency the CEO is being sued for.
The new icon, which has since been removed, appeared on the site shortly after Musk asked a judge to dismiss a $258 billion racketeering lawsuit accusing him of running a pyramid scheme to support the dogecoin.
Musk has made many abrupt changes since taking over in October, ranging from firing thousands of employees and senior executives to reinstating controversial accounts and using Twitter Blue.
While much of the chaos has quieted down around many of its “messy” decisions, users are confused by the monthly subscription.
Last month, Musk announced that the coveted verification tick would only be available to those paying $8 a month.
And users would lose their checks if they didn’t agree to pay.
However, the rule was supposed to hit on April 1, and people who previously had the “legacy” mark still seem to have it.
Another change is scheduled for April 15, when users who don’t pay for Twitter Blue will no longer be able to vote in polls, Musk said.
Additionally, their tweets will no longer appear in the “For You” tab, which displays popular tweets boosted by an algorithm.
