Joe Wicks left his fans baffled on Monday as he took to Instagram to share some snaps of his family on their trip to Santa Monica, California.

The Body Coach, 37, took time out for a walk on the beach with his wife Rosie, 32, and their children, baby Leni, seven months, Indie, four, and Marley, three.

But it was the time Joe spent at an outdoor gym with Leni that sparked the interest of many of his 4.6 million followers.

Despite being less than a year old, baby Leni appeared to show impressive strength as she seemed to effortlessly hang from the pull-up bar as her famous dad looked on.

Joe’s followers were quick to take to the comments section of his post, with one person writing, “That’s a strong baby out there,” while someone else remarked, ” Start them young!”

Meanwhile, another fan posted, “The first pic can’t be doctored really well…hope.”

And someone else wrote: “Is it even possible that a baby this age can hang from monkey bars?!”

Another person shared, ‘This first pic of Leni is amazing!!! You have to recreate this every year!!!’

‘Leni Skills. I don’t know if I should be worried or impressed. Gorgeous family,” someone else wrote.

Another follower commented, “Aww what daddy do.. try to get started at an early age.”

Joe gave his fans a glimpse of his family vacation in America, with the star sharing a number of photos from their overseas trip.

In the photos, his two other children could be seen hanging from the push-up bar as he swung between them above the golden sands of the beach.

Elsewhere, Joe could be seen jogging along the boardwalk as Rosie pushed Leni into a buggy beside him.

Meanwhile, Marley looked in good spirits as he posed next to a skateboard after having his very first lesson.

Joe simply captioned his post, “Back in Santa Monica,” complete with the American flag and a red heart emoji.

TV personality Joe and his wife Rosie welcomed their third child in September last year.

He took to Instagram at the time and shared a heartwarming snap of the newborn.

The couple were clearly over the moon, with Joe writing, “She’s a girl!” Rosie gave birth at 4.32am this morning at home to a healthy 8lb baby in the birthing pool.

‘Thank you to Emily and Helen, our wonderful midwives who have been there every step of the way. It’s time to rest now. I really like the Wicks family.

Joe previously broke the news that Rosie had gone into labor as he shared a snap of a home birth pool.

He said enthusiastically, “And here we go! Indie and Marley are sleeping upstairs.

‘Maybe waking up to a new baby!’

Hours earlier, Rosie had shared an image of her heavily pregnant belly which she had previously likened to a bowling ball.

Joe remarked, “I’m just amazed there’s a human being growing up here.

“With a bit of brain, heart and lungs. The female body is just an incredible and beautiful creation, isn’t it.

‘The ability to create new life. What could be more beautiful and special than that.

He also shared a cute family photo of his wife and kids and captioned it, “+1 coming soon!”
