Millie shared a sweet tribute to Jake earlier this year, sharing a number of photos from their relationship so far.
“Infinitely in love with the year I’ve had! grateful for my friends, my family, my donkey (bernard), my doggies, my puppies teeth and my partner for life,” she wrote.

Jake is the son of Bon Jovi star Jon Bon Jovi and has carved out a career in acting.
