Author Deepak Chopra said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are “struggling right now” amid their split from the British royal family.

The Indian-American mindfulness expert, who appeared on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s 2020 Holiday Special Podcast, recently gave insight into the current mindset of the Sussexes as Harry preparing to attend the coronation of King Charles III next month.

By talking to The daily mail During a red carpet event in London, Chopra said of her work with the royal couple: “I enjoyed the podcast and interacted with them. It’s been periodic – they’re struggling right now.

“I hope they come out of this with a light heart,” he said. “I think there’s too much drama around them. People should mind their own business.

On April 12, Buckingham Palace confirmed that Prince Harry would attend the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla at Westminster Abbey in London on May 6. However, his wife Meghan will remain at home in California with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

The best-selling author also shared some words of wisdom for Harry ahead of his first encounter with the Royal Family since the publication of his eye-opening memoir, Spare.

“My advice is to ignore it because if you react you will only make the situation worse,” Chopra said. “If you ignore it, people can’t say anything, so they stop.”

Prince Harry’s confirmation at the King’s coronation comes after months of speculation over his attendance at the ceremony.
